Bexleyheath in Kent
If you find one for £180k with good schools etc please let me know as where i live you would be lucky to get a two bed flat. I live near Slough. You can get a three bed house in slough for that money but I doubt if you will like the neighbours.
Basingstoke, Hampshire. Less than an hour to Waterloo, good schools and reasonable house prices.
If you get in quickly, you could pick up a bargain in parts of SE London (though to be honest, I don’t think you’d get a house in Bexleyheath for that – but you might!!)
Try SE18 and SE28 on “Find a Property” Parts of Plumstead
are very pretty. (SE18) Woolwich and Thamesmead (SE28) will be within 15 minutes of London Bridge etc once the DLR is built next year and the property prices will go up then.
Good luck!!
Try somewhere like High Wycombe, good commuting up the M40…
For that small price you will have to look in the midlands.
very very good value, your £180K will get 4+ bed house.
