london Rent phone19
A gloss family of 3 have only changed in subsequent doorway to us. Yesterday the woman came over in tears since the roof tiles was leaking as well as H2O was drizzling all over the flat. Their gas was not operative either, so they could not get prohibited water, or the heaters or cooker going. Today she came over again as well as my beloved was since their franchise – that is 300quid some-more per month than you compensate – for the same flat! They have positively no income as well as verbalise unequivocally singular english. Obviously the vouchsafing group didn’t collect up upon the bank holiday, though you have pronounced you will phone tomorrow for them. They’ve got the immature kid as well as the residence is unequivocally wet as well as inhaling as well as exhaling from the viewable H2O repairs – not healty! we gave them the little food as well as the little towels as well as sheets- they’d outlayed all their income upon the rent! She says she’s starting to work tomorrow, though we am not certain if she’s already got the pursuit or not.
I unequivocally wish to help..but do not verbalise gloss as well as do not know most about authorised rights. Any ideas?

Contact the Citizens Advise and they will give you all the help you so obviously need. Good luck.

i think your question should be, where do British people get help in London.

With so many polish in the country now, there will probably be a translator for them at the citizens advice or council offices, so they should be able to speak to someone direct themselves.

As for the prices, if it’s a private agency, I’m pretty sure they can charge whatever they please – even if someone else’s rent is totally different. If their situation is desperate enough, the council will probably be able to house them, which of course will be a more reasonable cost in rent.

Tell them to go back to Poland. End of.

  5. CLIVE H says:

Put your Polish neighbours in touch with your local CAB (Citizen’s Advice Bureau) – there, they can get free legal advice concerning who is responsible for the problems they face at the property they are renting.

These sites should help – good luck. . . .
