where can i find a job as a cake decorator in north lanarkshire (scotland)? i am already skilled?

i have worked for 3 years in the baked sweat bread factory,and would similar to to take my skills further,maybe even starting up my own business,but for right away i would be happy to work in the tiny shop.NO FACTORIES!

Suggestions:


1. Do they have any Grocery Stores there that have a bakery?? Here in South Carolina they do and they make cakes for birthdays or whatever you want the cake for!!! If not,maybe you should start your own business,someone always needs a cake for something!!

2. Get out the yellow pages and call bakeries
