I recommend Madame Tussuad's the wax museum as well as the london dungeon which also has wax figures. I went to both when I was ten and I thoroughly enjoyed them.

The London Aquarium is really good, I take my brother alot and he is fascinated by it all. There is also a nice Museum as part of Tower Bridge which is really interesting, as long as he isn't scared of heights. The Victoria and Albert is quite unusual and is nice to visit, and of course the British Museum makes a nice day out.

Have fun!
