No way, I have worked in the opening of about 15 of them in central London, nothing… if they have a single spot, the manager will use it.
You will find free parking on a Sunday, except Camden Town, and the deep West End, but you’ll be ok if you look for one around the centre.
Well you won’t find a Pizza Express with its own car parking anywhere in Central London.
