Comments on: is it natural to kill and eat animals people the are vegetarians don’t think so do they have a reason not to

1.Do you need to eat animals? No. You have no dietary requirement for ANY animal product.

2. Factory farming, there is nothing natural about this.

3. Disassociation from the source of your food. Would you be willing to go out and kill an animal, drain it’s blood, remove the organs, skin it, and chop it up? I know I couldn’t do that, maybe you could? But keep it mind that it’s completely unnecessary.

If you are trying to use the food chain as an example and also claim that humans are at the top of the food chain so people should eat animals I think you’ve missed one important point.

The REAL top of the food chain would be the meat eaters that eat people! People are made of meat you know.

Cannibals are actually at the top of the food chain!

I guess you are trying to make the “food chain” point against vegetarianism.
Let me just say that it is not part of the food chain for us to buy our food at the super market… so if you want to go hunt down and kill a cow for yourself, and only because you needed it to survive… then sure you can say that eating meat is part of the food chain.
But otherwise, what part of going out and buying meat that has already been killed part of the food chain?

well im a vegitarian and i really couldnt care less about what others eat im not really doin it for the animals (sorry animals) haha but i just cant stand the thought of a dead animal in my teeth & stuff..

I don’t eat meat because of the inhumane ways of animal slaughter if the people just shot the animal once throuh the head I there suffering would be over right away and it wouldn’t be that painful then I would eat meat but they slit there throats alive and boil them alive and crap like that and it is plain cruelty. by the way peta lies

I read one vegetarian’s reason not to eat meat b/c we are not physically designed to eat meat.. Our teeth and jaws mimic that of an omnivore’s … Our teeth are sharp enough for veggies and fruits.. and our jaws move side to side as other omnivores to breakdown that food… Carnivore’s jaws and teeth are for eating flesh.. their jaws have a hard grasp on them for when killing prey, and sharp teeth to cut into the flesh.

Again, this is what I READ!! I’m a veggie b/c of other reasons.. We each have diff reasons.. Mine is that I think meat is gross.. my youngest memory of a child is being grossed out by meat.. It’s just who I am.

Debbie, I just read your posting.. I feel the same way.. I can’t stand to think they’re something dead that I’m chewing on.. Like you.. It’s not so much there inhumane treatment, which is horrible; just the thought of a dead creature in my mouth overwhelms me.. it’s too much.. ugh.. yuck!

Ithink human in its developing stages adopted its eating habits.On migrating to diffrent places it searched for food and ate whatever was available .After a long time some developed a taste for vegetarian food and socially made apoint to be vegetarian.It was only a matter of survival because canned foods were not available.Now its up to you and it is ones choice.But killing a animal knowingly and without an argency is like someone is killing you of no faults of your .at last eating animal is helping those who kill animal for only their own proffits {many kinds of entertaining himself}

People are not vegetarians.
vegetarians or better known as herbivores don’t have canine teeth.
herbivores don’t have trouble digesting corn. I won’t go into any more detail than that. ;P

most vegetarians don’t eat meat because they don’t think the way the animals are being treated is right…
