in australian law if you have a doctor cert for massive jaw injuries are you allowed to carry a knife safely?
I was in justice for carring a blade in a open place .in a tote when asked because i told a military in brand new south wales which i used it for eating we have a healing obligation saying my injuries. he pronounced which my forgive wasn’t great enough.
I took it to justice as well as a decider took $250 off my excellent though still left me to compensate $300 for a superfluous of a charge

i would of thought so… but obviously not if you went to court and still didn’t get out of it.
What were you doing to have them search you and find the knife anyways??
Better to go to a police station and explain with the doc cert to get a “Legal Permit” to carry a knife. They will also specify what kind of knife is acceptable (maybe a steak knife is not acceptable).
Not with out a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
no it is a prohibited weapon, the above answers are wrong there is no permit
try appealing be jarful there is a time limit
keep appealing
if you take action your self you can do it relatively cheaply
