If you had one night in London, which hotel would you stay in?

My father as well as you will outlay a final night of a legal holiday (9th August) in London, prior to drifting behind to Zambia. I’d similar to us to stay in a unequivocally cool, road house with a good bar, good ambience as well as large upon character with all mod cons. The kind of place where you go ‘wow!’ when you travel in a corridor as well as ‘wow!’ again when you come in a room! Any suggestions?
