unless somebody from England who owns a restaurant and wants to sell it to you reads your question, you are going to do need to do some research...and i can tell you right now that if you aren't willing to put in the time doing it, you are not going to succeed in any business...especially a restaurant..most new businesses fail within 5 years, and most restaurants fail within 1 year. so you need to decide what kind of restaurant you want, and decide what part of London you want it to be in...I imagine London is very expensive, by the way. You can access ads from local papers to start getting an idea of what properties might be available, and what asking prices are, and while you are at it, check the help wanted sections and see if there are lots of ads for the staff you need, and what they are offering to pay....if there are lots of ads, it may indicate to you that good help is going to be hard to find. The city of London probably has a website that probably also has links to things like getting licenses. Good Luck!
