Actually a cab in weekday morning traffic conditions would probably end up costing around £80!!!. Next time you visit Britain buy a Britrail pass. You'll pay little more than you spend on a collection of Megabus journeys and get to your destinations much faster and more comfortably.

when you go through customs go the london underground station on the picadillly line which is heathrow terminals 1,2,3 get on the next train that comes trough there usally every 4 mins and the picadilly line will take you as far south kensington wher you will nead to change and get the distict or circle line directly to london victoria and that journey will take you about 40 mins. an overground train directly from heathrow will take you directly into central london to paddington station (one of the main london train terminals) in about fifteen minuites and from paddington get the circle line straight to london victoria these are your quickest ways you dont want to be getting a cab as london traffic is the most congested in the world and it will cost £30 which is equivelent to $60 and it could end up taking you hours so the train or underground would be quickest

ldn heathrow to ldn paddington 15 mins by train
ldn heathrow to ldn vivtoria 40 mins by underground

hope this helps and i hope you understand it if you need anymore info or advise email me..
