To go on your own, the address is 3 Abbey Road, London, England.
The nearest tube stop is St. John’s Wood.
Here’s a map: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=3+Abbey+Road,+London,+England&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=33.764224,56.513672&ie=UTF8&ll=51.532575,-0.174923&spn=0.006474,0.021973&z=16
An even better choice is to sign up for a walking tour of Beatle sights. I’ve done this tour three times over the years, and it’s really outstanding: http://www.beatlesinlondon.com/
The tour guide is EXCELLENT!
I second on taking the walking tour- I really enjoyed it
Beware though Abbey road is a very busy street- trying to get a picture of you crossing can be difficult!
Go http://www.myspace.com/capitalsee and there is a tour guide that will take you there under the musical tour.
