Good areas to live within commutable distance from the channel tunnel, Calais?
Looking for places divided from civic sprawl.
I am seeking for great places to live around calais, for work/family reasons.
Please do not reply if your starting to whinge about "why not England?".
Just a little suggestions compulsory not your perspective as to either i should relocate.. Thankyou?!

DO NOT LIVE IN CALAIS– it is a port city for the Calais-Dover ferry. Port cities are always dirty and crawling with seedy characters. I’ve been to Calais and it is an awful town. I’ve heard Dunkirk (ive never been) is also an awful place. Consider Boulogne Sur-Mer– it’s nice, much nicer than Calais. I walked from Calais to Boulogne– beautiful walk and coastline full of remnants of Hitler’s Atlantic Wall. I passed through many very small towns that you could also live in, if you dont mind small towns.
The County of Kent – the Garden of England.
