The Sainsburys wing in The British museum has a great collection of pieces that were plundered from Benin kingdom in southwestern Nigeria by the British as well as other very interesting things, well worth a visit. Look up the british musuem online, the Victoria and Albert museum may have something, not sure, but they have websites and are mostly free.

Yes, I go to the British Museum all the time, and pop downstairs to the African galleries. The Museum of Mankind doesn’t exist any more. There are also occasional exhibitions at The School of Oriental and African Studies.
